By accessing or using LureLenz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
LureLenz provides AI-powered fishing lure recommendations based on environmental conditions captured through photographs. The service includes:
- AI analysis of fishing conditions
- Lure recommendations with colors and techniques
- Suggestion history tracking
- Social sharing features
3. Subscription Plans
Basic Plan - $3.99/month
- 2 lure suggestions per month
- Access to history tab
- Ability to share catches
- Email support
Pro Plan - $19.99/month
- Unlimited lure suggestions
- Full history access
- Priority processing
- Advanced environmental analysis
4. Billing & Cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months
- Suggestion limits reset on the first of each month
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Circumvent subscription limits or payment requirements
6. Social Sharing
When you share catches through LureLenz, your posts will automatically include "Caught using LureLenz" branding and the #LureLenz hashtag. This branding cannot be removed within the app.
7. Disclaimer
LureLenz provides recommendations based on AI analysis and should be used as guidance only. We do not guarantee fishing success. Recommendations are based on environmental conditions and general fishing knowledge. Always follow local fishing regulations and safety guidelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
LureLenz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees during the preceding 12 months.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of LureLenz are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of images you upload but grant us license to process them for the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
